Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your order more than your favorite morally grey book boyfriend. But sometimes, even in the best stories, there’s a plot twist. Here’s what happens if your order takes a detour into “uh-oh” territory:
All Sales Final (Time Machine Pending)
Personalized & Made-to-Order: All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations. We wish we could accommodate these requests, but we haven’t quite figured out how to make our time machine work yet. (If we do, you’ll be the first to know.)
No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: Sorry, no take-backs for “changed my mind,” “wrong size/color,” or “ordered the wrong fandom.” Read the small print (item description) carefully. Choose wisely, young Padawan. When in doubt, ask before ordering.
️Damaged or Defective Orders
Tragic Flaws: If your order arrives with a tragic flaw (damaged or defective), contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work magic to make it right—with a replacement. Requests outside the 14-day window will not be honored. We wish it wasn’t so, but we answer to a higher authority (and Nesta gets rather cranky about late claims).

Personalization Issues
Our Oops, Our Fix: If we made a mistake on your custom order, we’ll fix it ASAP—just send us a photo!
Your Info Matters: Please double-check your personalization info before ordering! We can’t offer free remakes for typos or incorrect details provided by the customer.
